ABOUT
VDC Development Group, LLC is in the final planning stages for a 110-acre mixed-use development located Northeast of Metro Atlanta, GA off exit 126, I-85 North. The property is on the south side of SR-347 (Gwinnett and Hall Counties), in the heart of the I-85/Chateau Elan growth corridor. The site is located across the street from the Northeast Georgia Medical Center and the Village at Deaton Creek--a Del Webb Active Adult Community. Chateau Elan is across the street and to the south of the subject property.
The pedestrian and golf cart-friendly community will include opportunities for retail out-parcels, town center retail, village retail, office, and medical office, a hotel site, multifamily, condos, and townhomes. A portion of the property is allocated to 62+ Resort Style housing with "Optional Concierge Services". The different product mixes will total over 1.5 million square feet of heated space.
